7th Attorney-General's Conference - 2nd-3rd December 2005
The 7th Attorney-General’s Conference was held at the Warwick Fiji on 2nd and 3rd December 2005. The theme for this Conference was "Legal Development and Awareness".
As in previous years, this Conference comprised sessions on the most topical issues for the legal fraternity in Fiji.
His Excellency, the Vice-President of Fiji, Ratu Joni Madraiwiwi, was the Chief Guest and the Keynote Speaker.
The conference programme comprised the following sessions:

- The Real Estate Industry: The Concern for Lack of Regulation
- Freedom of Information and Standards of Leadership Code Bills
- Assessment of Damages for Future Loss: Implications of the Broadbridge Decision & the Possibility of Capping Damages
